NANOV DISPLAY INC. (NANOV) is a systems integrator and hardware supplier specializing in exterior and interior digital signage.

NANOV's Brooklyn Tech Center, established in 2019, serves as both an office and light manufacturing facility. It functions as a vital testing ground, conducting rigorous safety and quality assessments, including UL48, UL879, FCC, and factory acceptance testing. Additionally, the Tech Center operates as a showcase venue, displaying demo units of NANOV's 46” double- and single-sided kiosks and 3-sided kiosks. The Tech Center is where a skilled team assembles NANOV's innovative signs with precision and quality, facilitating client interaction with tech support representatives and technicians for prompt assistance and issue resolution. The Brooklyn facility proudly holds UL certification from Underwriters Laboratory, reinforcing NANOV's commitment to the highest safety and quality standards.

NANOV's headquarters are in Miami, serving as a marketing hub, managing website maintenance, creating marketing materials, and handling press releases. It provides logistic support by coordinating tradeshows, arranging meetings, and managing domestic and international shipments. Additionally, the headquarters functions as a documentation center, crafting specification documents, managing financial paperwork, and constructing proposals for digital signage RFPs.

The Hialeah Gardens Warehouse, strategically located in Northwest Miami-Dade County, is owned by Crane Worldwide Logistics. Spanning over 120,000 sq. ft, the warehouse is equipped with 42 dock doors and a secured yard, making it a high-security facility crucial to NANOV's logistical operations.

The Allapattah Warehouse, serving as both a warehouse and showroom, houses demonstration units and supplementary signage components. Celebrating recent achievements, NANOV introduces its newest P2.5 LED signs in 2024. The company deployed 46" double-sided digital signs for Metro Minneapolis and 46" single-sided and 42.8" double-sided digital signs for Metro St. Louis in 2023. These signs, fabricated in Rochester, NY, and assembled at NANOV's Brooklyn facility, proudly comply with Buy America standards. NANOV's success is marked by testing IP65 sealed marine monitors in Miami's salt-water oceans and overcoming extreme weather conditions in Toronto. Remote Health Maintenance Module

All Nanov Display products have the option of including one of various embedded industrial computers, as well as a built-in remote maintenance module with an extensive hardware health monitoring system. The remote health maintenance module eliminates transit delays caused by manual repairs, allowing for easy fixes handled from a distance, and peace of mind. The module is connected to a monitoring interface with real-time data that shows the status of the hardware via Ethernet and provides extensive control entirely from a distance. With this, hardware can be powered on or off remotely, and has been equipped with ambiance sensors with the ability to control brightness, fan speed, and internal thermoregulation. Furthermore, each monitor is embedded with a feature that can alert management within seconds whenever the screen stops displaying content, using sensors that detect pixel movement.

UL Compliance Certification – Outdoor LCD Signs and Outdoor LCD Environment Controller

Nanov Display, Inc., a Miami-based digital display manufacturer, proudly holds the UL48 and UL879 Compliant Certifications for their Outdoor LCD signs and Outdoor LCD Environment Controller, respectively, granted by Underwriters Laboratories, a globally recognized safety consulting and certification company.

The rigorous UL48 evaluation includes a comprehensive waterproof test, construction test assessing resilience against corrosion, mechanical electrical disconnections, and sealant damage, and an electrical test covering various aspects such as the circuit breaker, grounding, terminal block, Class 2 circuit, and wiring. This certification, essential in many cities, ensures the highest quality and safety standards, facilitating smooth approval for municipal compliance regulations.

The LCD sign controller, a crucial component of Outdoor LCD Signs, received UL879 Compliant Certification seamlessly. The UL evaluation involves testing the safety of the control power board, main board with its aluminum housing, and sensors for temperature, brightness, and pixel motion detection. Nanov Display, Inc. has unveiled its latest cutting-edge Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS) designed for outdoor use. The diverse LCD product line includes models ranging from 75” Interactive Kiosks to 55” Stretched Transit Monitors, all equipped with interactive features to withstand outdoor hazards and changing climates.

Featuring integrated IP Cameras for 360 ̊ surveillance, public-facing cameras for selfies, analytics, and kiosk interaction, Nanov's latest kiosks cater to various aspects of social engagement in urban environments. The inclusion of a NAVpad enhances accessibility for pedestrians with disabilities. The product range encompasses 55” Smart City Kiosks, 46” fully-sealed Transit PIDS Monitors, and 84” Outdoor Media Displays tailored for bus stations and outdoor environments. SOLAR POWERED REAL TIME E-PAPER DISPlAY BUS STOP SIGNS – BUS SHELTERS and BUS STOPS

Nanov specializes in the development of robust, outdoor real-time E-Paper Display (EPD) signs designed for displaying next bus arrival schedules and wayfinding maps in transit applications. These solar-powered, high-contrast e-ink displays come in three models, including a 32" E-Paper sign and another utilizing two 13.3” e-ink displays. The integrated solar panels generate 100 watts of sustainable energy in four hours under New York City weather conditions.

The EPD system, which encompasses screens, modem, RTPI, and LED lighting, consumes 20 W per day, allowing the display to last up to three days without sunlight. This extended duration is particularly crucial during the winter months in the greater Northeastern region of the US. Nanov employs optical bonding technology to enhance durability, securely bonding the e-paper to the front enclosure protective glass, providing vandal-proof technology and preventing winter condensation on the screen.

To ensure low energy consumption, the monitors operate on a cloud-based content management system with thin computer technology, enabling real-time broadcast of bus arrival times. The system is equipped with an automatic temperature control heater that activates in severe conditions (-25 centigrade) during winter months. It can display saved static bus schedules, transit mapping, and alarm messages for various abnormal situations, such as low power, internet disconnection, overheating, freezing screens, computer malfunctions, and more.
